With some sizzle, spices, and sauces bring your culinary enjoyment to us and pass along your flair for food. We have an immediate opening for a FULL-TIME COOK to prepare tasty home-cooked meals for residents and patients.
This cook will work 32-36 hours per week, with rotating day and evening shifts to include weekend and holiday rotations.
Our cook leads daily kitchen activities, ensures menus are prepared according to standards, meeting each person’s dietary or nutritional requirements. When you’re not preparing meals, you’ll assist with routine cleaning and preparation for future meals. You will excel in this role if you can prioritize your workload and work well under pressure and have a basic understanding of food handling techniques, preparation, and cooking procedures.
While our ideal candidate will have previous experience as a cook in a healthcare facility or other food service area, we invite applications from any person interested in whipping up delightful dishes in our kitchen. A ServSafe certification is preferred.

Base pay starting at $18.20/hour; candidates with prior relevant experience may be eligible for a higher starting wage
