Electronic delivery of Form 1095-C
This notice alerts its current and former employees that NDHC will no longer automatically mail the Form 1095-C to individuals.
Forms for the 2025 tax year are available electronically in the Pay and Tax Statements section of employees' ADP payroll portal where the form can be downloaded on or before March 2, 2026.
A paper copy will be provided upon request to to the human resources office:
