DAKOTA APARTMENTS

NDHC owns and operates independent apartments which are connected to the campus, with rent subsidies available through the Grand Forks Housing Authority to individuals who qualify as low-income. There is no age requirement to rent a Dakota Apartment unit. Tenants must be able to live independently.

 

Each one-bedroom unit includes a full kitchen, private bath, water paid, and complimentary laundry facility. In addition, tenants may:

• Purchase meals from NDHC's kitchen

• Subscribe to medical monitoring services

• Participate in facility activities

• Join NDHC's Fitness Center​
