Summer Sports Enhancement

Sign up for this 9 week intensive training program and bolster your athletic performance. Training elements include strength, agility, movement patterns, and speed.

This program will help young student-athletes prepare for upcoming sports seasons and decrease risk of injury. Workouts are tailored to each athlete's ability and training experience.


  • Any athlete entering 7th to 12th grade

  • Age, gender, physical maturity, and training age are taken into account in designing individualized programs

  • Single and multi-sport athletes



The program components include:

  • Pre and Post testing

  • Daily warm-ups

  • Plyometrics/agility training

  • Strength Training

  • Conditioning

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays

8 - 9 a.m. | 9 - 10 a.m.

No class on July 4

Maddy Christian, OTD is an athlete herself who thrives on helping other athletes improve their strength, agility, and conditioning in preparation for their sport. She is from Hatton and a recent graduate of UND's occupational therapy program.
