Laboratory Technician

Your medical career happens here. NDHC is hiring a full-time laboratory technician, MLT or MT, to join our team. From draws to diagnostics, you will be responsible for delivering timely and quality results to patients’ healthcare teams to ensure they receive outstanding care. Our lab team supports three clinics and our critical access hospital with occasional response to our long-term care area.


In this role, you will be scheduled 36 hours/week over 4 days and rotate on-call time for coverage outside standard clinic hours helping process an average of 120 orders a week.


You will be a positive, calming presence while interacting with patients and a detail-oriented task master while processing and completing testing and reporting. You will enjoy a steady-paced workday with a manageable rotation of on-call responsibilities one night per week and one weekend every 4-5 weeks.

To apply, you must have an associate’s degree in medical lab technology. A bachelor’s degree in medical lab science is preferred and license from the ND Board of Clinical Laboratory Practice is required.
