Northwood Deaconess Health Center provides membership access to a full range of fitness equipment and programs.
Rates

Single: $30/mo. or $300/yr.*

Family: $40/mo. or $360/yr.*

Guest: $10/week.

Firefighter/Law Enforcement: $15/mo. or $150/yr.*

Household family of NDHC employees, volunteers, and firefighters/law enforcement: $25/mo. or $250/yr.*
* Annual payment in full required.
NDHC employees and volunteers receive a complimentary full-access membership.
Security Deposit
A $15 security deposit is required to obtain an access device. One device is issued per individual/family membership. Each additional access device requires an additional deposit. Deposits are refunded upon the return of the device.
Payment
Membership and security deposit fees can be paid by cash, check or credit card. Payments more than 5 days in arrears will result in restricted access to the Center.

Hours
The Fitness Center is open 24/7. NDHC reserves the right to adjust access hours.

The Rehab Services Department offers many programs to improve health focusing on both recovery from illness or injury or prevention of disease.

Membership Guidelines

Minimum membership age is 10 years old. Any person under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult member. Children under 10 are not permitted to use equipment.

24-hour surveillance is used to monitor activity in the Fitness Center.

A shower room is available for members' use with linens provided. Personal items should not be left.

An NDHC volunteer is someone who is at least 16 years old and has completed at least 10 hours of volunteer work, renewed annually.

Membership requires completion of a participation agreement.
