We are hiring our next CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER to provide strategic oversight and coordination for all aspects of our healthcare center’s revenue and expense cycles. As a member of our senior leadership team, you will be integral to NDHC’s financial decision-making processes important to our organization’s growth and fiscal health as we grow and expand services.
While our ideal candidate will have previous relevant experience in a healthcare setting, we do require you have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or healthcare administration and at least five years of related work experience. Primary responsibilities of our CFO include:
Overseeing operations and staffing of our business office, which includes billing, payroll, and revenue cycle responsibilities, health information, and human resources
Managing all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and reporting
Collaborating with the senior leadership team and board of directors, providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making
We are looking for candidates who

possess expertise in financial analysis, budgeting and reporting
are knowledgeable of financial regulations and risk management
have a desire to make an impact in a rural healthcare environment
