Sports Enhancement
NDHC's Sports Enhancement Program is offered in the summer from mid-June to the beginning of August. This is an 8 week program that includes an hour of agility and plyometric training utilizing plyoballs, agility ladders, cone drills, box jumps, and sled pulls, etc., and an hour of ground based strength training including squats, deadlifts, and presses with emphasis on the Olympic lifts (snatch, clean and jerk). This program is for all athletes who want to progress their athletic abilities, specifically to improve speed, vertical jump and total body power.
