Dakota Apartments
NDHC has one bedroom apartment units for rent. Rents are quite affordable with housing subsidies available for low income individuals through the Grand Forks Housing Authority.
These units provide complete independence for its tenants while offering various services at their fingertips. Meals can be purchased separately from the facility, yet each unit offers a full kitchen for those that prefer to cook their own meals.
